2. How to buy ?

All orders must be placed online and to do so you must have an email account, whether or not you wish to register on the PackLowCost.com website.

To place your order, if you have registered as a customer in our online store or wish to do so, you must follow the following steps:

• Log in or register if this is your first time using the site;
• Select the desired products by clicking the “Add to Basket” button and then “Checkout”;
• Review the products in your cart: if you wish to add more products before finalizing your purchase,
• Click the “Continue Shopping” button;
• Choose the quantity you wish to purchase for each selected product;
• Set the delivery address;
• Set the billing address if it is different from the delivery address (if it is the same, no changes are needed);
• Select your preferred payment method, then click “I accept the Terms and Conditions” to complete your order;
• Finally, click “Pay securely” and your order will be completed. You must then proceed with the payment so that your order can be validated;
• Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation notification. From that moment, you can check the status of your order in your personal account;
• If you wish, you may print a receipt with the details of your order.

A PackLowCost.com reserves the right not to accept an order. If that is the case, we will notify the user via the email address used to register and/or place the order on our website. The decision is based on the following criteria:

• The product is no longer in stock (the order amount will be refunded if the customer does not wish to wait for restocking);
• The shipping address is invalid or incomplete;
• It is understood that the purchased products are intended for resale;
• A pricing error is detected on the product (the order amount will be refunded);
• Payment is not identified and we are unable to match it to the order, making it impossible to identify the customer (especially when the chosen payment method is bank transfer and the customer is not properly identified).

3. Product Quality

PackLowCost.com sells tens of thousands of original products. Product information is provided by the suppliers, and PackLowCost.com merely relays this information exactly as received from the wholesaler or manufacturer. The product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not correspond exactly to the product image or color delivered to the customer. Product images on the website are non-contractual.

4. Retention of Title

PackLowCost.com retains ownership of all products until full payment has been received for them.

5. Out-of-Stock / Unavailability

In the event that one or more products in a confirmed order are out of stock, PackLowCost.com reserves the right not to accept or to cancel the order. You will be contacted and informed via the email address used to register on the website, and the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Prices

The total amount includes VAT at the legal rate in force and any other applicable taxes or fees.PackLowCost.com reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, you will be able to view the price of each product and the total price of your order on the checkout page.

Price updates are made with the utmost accuracy and care; however, the website may contain occasional errors. If you detect one, we appreciate you contacting us.

7. Shipping and Delivery Times

Once your payment is validated, the estimated processing and shipping time for your order is up to 4 business days for mainland Portugal and up to 15 days for the Madeira and Azores islands, unless exceptional conditions apply.

On the checkout page, you will be able to view your tracking number so you can monitor your order. Please note that we do not guarantee these delivery times during promotional periods, sales, Christmas, or in case of stock shortages.PackLowCost.com ships orders via CTT using the “Para Amanhã” service, and via DPD using the “Home Delivery” and “Pick-up” services. Before finalizing your order, the shipping cost will be shown in your shopping cart. Shipping fees vary depending on the chosen carrier and the weight of the order.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, you should contact us to report the issue so we can investigate the cause of the delay. Your complaint must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was placed.

8. Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods to complete your order:

• Visa, Mastercard, or Other Cards: After finalizing your order, you will be redirected to the payment page. On this page, select your card type (Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro), fill in your card details, and click the "Pay" button to validate your payment and complete the order. For security reasons, payment will be validated using the 3D Secure code sent to the phone number associated with your card. You have 48 hours to complete the payment, otherwise, the order will be canceled. You do not need to send proof of payment.
• PayPal: After finalizing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Log into your PayPal account, fill in the required information, and complete the payment to finalize your order. You can also choose to save your PayPal account information to simplify future purchases from PackLowCost.com. If the payment is not completed within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
• MB WAY: Set your phone number and confirm in the mbway application (only available for Portugal)

9. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an order, please review the following scenarios and procedures:

1. Cancelling the order before it is shipped:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. To do so, you must:

• Check the order status in your personal area under “My Account” and then “Orders”;
• If the order has not yet been shipped, contact our Customer Support service;
• If your order is still at the warehouse, we will cancel it and you will receive a confirmation notification. No costs will be charged to you in this case.

2. Return due to withdrawal (14 days):

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need to give any reason.

This 14-day period starts on the day after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product.

Returns without the purchase invoice will not be accepted, and items must be returned intact, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

PackLowCost.com is not responsible for collecting the returned item(s) or for the return shipping costs—exceptions may apply.

If you request a refund, PackLowCost.com will process it, but the delivery cost originally paid will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are made via bank transfer within 15 days of the request. You will be asked to provide your IBAN. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

3. Return due to defect/damage or incorrect item received:

If the ordered product is defective or damaged, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the order, provided it is accompanied by the purchase invoice.

If you chose store pickup, the 14-day period starts from the day after you receive the automatic email stating “Order in transit,” which indicates the order is ready for pickup.

4. Returns under warranty:

Unless otherwise specified, products sold and advertised by PackLowCost.com come with a warranty: 3 years for purchases made after January 1, 2022, or 2 years for purchases made before that date, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Once the damaged item is received, PackLowCost.com has up to 30 days to repair or replace it. The warranty can only be claimed with the purchase invoice.

Products that have been mishandled or incorrectly used are excluded from the warranty.

PackLowCost.com will bear all return shipping costs within the warranty period; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging of the returned items.

10. Vouchers or Promotional Codes

PackLowCost.com may provide promotional codes to be used during a specific period indicated with each code. Vouchers or promotional codes allow you to receive a discount on the purchase of a specific product or a group of products. This discount can only be applied to a purchase equal to or greater than the value of the voucher/promotional code.

Codes are assigned to individual users and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please note that the sale, exchange, donation, or publication of a promotional code from PackLowCost.com on any other website is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

PackLowCost.com is only liable for damages caused to the customer if such damages result from breaches of contractual obligations attributable to us, or if PackLowCost.com is liable under applicable legal provisions. If you have suffered damages related to the use of the website, PackLowCost.com’s liability will be limited to:

• Damage to products;
• Reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the customer in identifying the cause and amount of the damage;
• The maximum compensation for the above-mentioned liabilities will (if applicable) be limited to the price of the product(s) involved.

PackLowCost.com is not liable for any damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of our products.

PackLowCost.com is also not liable for damages arising from the misuse of our products.

PackLowCost.com does not accept responsibility for any payment processing errors involving credit cards or affiliated banks.

If the customer suffers damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by PackLowCost.com, none of the above limitations shall apply.

12. Applicable Law

The information on this website is governed by the laws of Portugal. The purchase and sale contracts made through this website are regulated and comply with Portuguese law.
